The following documents sholud be attached:
a)  Copy of the passport (identification document)
b)  Copy of the certificate, diploma of education
c)  Application (created on-line) - To create application you should register, complete filds of the form and click "SAVE DRAFT" button first and then press "CREATE APPLICATION". The document will be generated automatically. You need to print it, sign, and scan your signed copy. This application WITH YOUR SIGNATURE should be uploaded.
